Delivery and Terms & Conditions information.
Standard delivery 4 to 5 working days by post with £4.60 added at checkout.
Express 2 day Delivery available with £25 added at checkout. Most orders will arrive the next day but we only guarantee a 2 Day delivery. Artwork and payment need to be received before 1pm Monday to Thursday if it’s on Friday delivery will be by Tuesday. If an order is placed after 1pm then delivery will be on the day after that. Bank Holidays 2nd working day after.
*Please Note Only The Express 2 Day Delivery Service is Vatable but not the product itself if it’s exempted from VAT.
Terms & Conditions:
Any paper not in stock will automatically be upgraded at no extra cost to the next best paper grade. Postage delivery times can only be guaranteed when using the Express 2 day Delivery option, which will be 2nd working day if order placed before 1 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday orders will be delivered by Tuesday.
No returns as Reprint or refund will be given if we have done something wrong ie: wrong job sent out incorrect quantities etc. Although we will always check customers artwork with pitstop we cannot be held responsible for customers PDF’s being incorrectly saved without embedded fonts or any other errors.
